About us

We play soprano, tenor, concert and baritone ukuleles, and also banjoleles – in experienced hands and for specific songs only.

On occasions, other instruments (harmonicas, violins etc) accompany us (by prior arrangement) on our Club Nights and when out on our gigs and this helps bring variety to our songs.

Our music covers a wide range, from 1920s to more recent songs and includes folk, pop, ballads and rock, so hopefully, there is something to satisfy most tastes!

The emphasis is on FUN!!  The ukulele is such a happy little instrument and is easy to learn how to play.

We welcome players of all abilities.  We also run structured courses for beginners on Wednesday evenings and there is always somebody on hand to help less experienced players to master new chords etc.

We do go out and play at various local venues from time to time, including care homes, fetes, open days etc but these do need to be booked well in advance.  Please contact us to make a booking.
