  Structured Beginners Courses last approximately 6 weeks, and will be held on a Wednesday evening, starting at 7pm. at Townsend Social Club.

  You do not need to be able to read music to learn to play a ukulele, just lots of enthusiasm!  

   

   Don't worry if you don't yet own a ukulele, as we usually bring along some spare, basic level ukuleles for beginners to use, whilst the Course is running.

   Ukuleles can sometimes be loaned from local libraries.  

 

  Seasoned guitar players could easily learn to play a Baritone Ukulele, as these have the same DGBE (minus the Bass E and A strings) tuning as a guitar.  We usually have one       or two of these available for use on the night, as well. Why not give it a go?  

 

  So, if you really want to learn how to play the ukulele, now's your chance!
